Dear World, Just so you know, THIS... ...is what I look like when I'm pregnant. Since I do not currently look like this, you should kindly assume that I am NOT currently pregnant, and you should refrain from asking me if I am.
Now, I am paranoid...have people really been asking you if you are pregnant? I was totally joking in my comment but, my comment wouldn't have been funny if there are total imbeciles running around asking you if you are pregnant. You do not look pregnant!
Don't be paranoid. I'd never take something like that serious from you. You're too thoughtful. But yes, people have asked more times than I want to recall. This particular time was, "So Sis. Schwartz, when are you due?"
I think I should just start answering that I'm 8.5 months along, and could you please get me a nice steak. That's what I'm craving.
i always just told people i was expecting triplets next week when people have the nerve to ask rude questions like when will you be having another one... just be rude back, iut feels good;-)
OK, Tracy, I probably laughed more than I should have at your comment at the bottom. I will totally have to remember that steak thing the next time someone asks if I am pregnant :) Which, btw, I am not. Tammy
Kindermusik is a music and movement class that focuses on educating the whole child - social, cognitive, physical, emotional, and musical. We believe that the parent is a child's first and best teacher, so we also focus on educating the parent, empowering them to become a better teacher. They take what they learn home and create meaningful learning and connecting moments. So it's really education for the whole family.
Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. English is my native language, but music is the language I have chosen to study and speak through my whole life. I also love children. I have 3 of my own, and have found that using music in my parenting brings us closer, helps me calm them and myself, and transcends many barriers.
I have a Bachelors degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Brigham Young University. I play the piano, flute and organ. I have taught piano for roughly 15 years, and have sung in and directed countless adult and children's choirs over the years.
I love putting my passion for music and happy families together to help create a rich learning and bonding experience for my Kindermusik students and their parents.
